Welcome to Equality in Action

This site has been created to provide advice and guidance to those who have the great job of developing equality frameworks in companies, organisation and public services.

The Equality Framework for Local Government will be launched soon. I am part of the team that put the framework together and  I will be putting articles on subjects related to the EFLG.

I will also be placing helpful hits about how to conduct and get the best out of impact assessments.

Our goal must be to "turn the curve", to change the momentum away from equality to ensuring that we are developing people centred services.
